At La Bottega By Hoor, each garment is thoughtfully crafted with exceptional attention to detail, reflecting our commitment to quality and elegance.

We offer exchanges of sizes of the same item, within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be returned in pristine condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for use on a future purchase.

Should you require assistance, our team is always available to help you select the most suitable size.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will ensure the matter is resolved promptly.

 

The exchange of size policy only applies to UK customers.
